How to request account deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your Aether Reports user account, please contact us by email:
Email: support@aethervision.co
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Aether Reports account so we can verify your identity.
What happens when a user account is deleted
When we delete a user account, we permanently remove or anonymize the following data associated specifically with that user:
User profile information (name, email address)
Login credentials
User-specific access tokens
User membership records linking the user to organizations
The user will no longer be able to log in or access Aether Reports.
Organization data and projects
Aether Reports is an organization-based platform.
Projects, reports, and related data are owned by the organization, not by individual users.
As a result:
Projects, reports, and organization data created by a user are NOT deleted when an individual user account is deleted.
This data remains accessible to other authorized users within the same organization.
Deleting an individual user does not affect the organization or its data.
Deleting an entire organization
If you are an organization administrator and would like to request deletion of an entire organization (including all associated projects and reports), please contact us at:

Organization deletion requests may require additional verification.
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data retention
We may retain certain data where required for legal, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes, including but not limited to:
Invoices and payment records
Transaction history required by law
Such data is retained only for the minimum period required by applicable regulations and is securely stored.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
